BIO

Prior to co-founding Keiffner Law LLC, John served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for over twenty years in both Marion and Hancock County.  As a prosecutor, John tried hundreds of jury trials, and approximately sixty murder trials.

John has also served as Senior Litigation Counsel for the Secretary of State's Office Securities Fraud Division.  His experience includes cases involving corporations and individuals in white collar criminal prosecutions, investigations, and other regulatory matters.

John now focuses his statewide practice in the areas of criminal defense, family law, general civil litigation (to include probate matters).  He has represented individuals facing criminal charges ranging from murder to misdemeanors - (robbery, drug dealing/possession, forgery, gun crimes, white collar crimes, drunk driving, sex offenses, domestic violence) - and represents clients facing federal indictment and/or complaint in the Southern District of Indiana.

 

John frequently represents individuals seeking dissolution of marriage, modifications of child custody/child support, and guardianships.

BIO

Prior to co-founding Keiffner Law LLC, Gillian served for nearly a decade as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit in Marion County. As a prosecutor, Gillian tried over fifty jury trials, including murder trials, child molesting, rape and robbery.

Since 2015 Gillian has focused her practice on criminal defense, family law, and general civil litigation.  She has represented physicians criminally charged with overprescribing pain medications, and has appeared numerous times before the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana. 

Gillian's family law practice focuses on dissolution of marriage, adoption, and modifications of child custody.
